Walking With Grief Nature Therapy
Losing an animal companion can feel overwhelming. They are family, confidants, daily companions — and when they’re gone, the silence can be heavy. People around us don't always understand the depth of lose we are feeling and can belittle the grieving process. In times like these we need held, we need to be able to talk about our beloved animals and all the amazing times you spent together.
Being kind to ourselves and realising that grief is not something to “get over,” but something we learn to carry with tenderness.
These sessions offer you a gentle space in nature to share your story, honour your beloved animal, and find grounding in the natural world.
Through three weekly sessions, together we’ll walk, talk, pause, and create simple rituals such as tree planting, memory walks, or quiet moments of reflection. Through this, you’ll have the chance to express your love and grief, and to discover meaningful ways of keeping their presence alive in your heart.
Each journey is unique; shaped by your relationship, your needs, and the pace that feels right for you. Whether we sit beneath a tree, light a candle, or sow wildflower seeds in their memory, the focus is always on supporting you with compassion and creating space for both loss and love.
Whatever you need we can create. Grief isn't the same for everyone and we all navigate it differently. I can share this with you and help your walk with grief feel more like being carried and supported through it 🙏
