Cat Hamilton

I am Cat Hamilton. You are welcome here and I am so happy you found me.
Animals have been a constant source of love, joy, and connection in my life. When they leave, the grief can feel overwhelming, profound, and sometimes isolating.
I created this space to honour that grief, and to offer compassionate support for anyone navigating the loss or transition of a beloved companion. It can be difficult to find the right person who 'get's you' and understands what you are going through.
I bring a heart-led, trauma-informed approach to support you. Drawing on training in mindfulness, flexible CBT, and counselling skills around cognitive patterns and addiction; I provide intuitive guidance, gentle practices, nature and reflective support, helping you feel seen, understood, and held during this tender time.
Grief is not something to fix; it is an expression of love, and it deserves to be honoured, fully and safely.
Here, you are welcome to experience your feelings without judgment or expectation.
