The Power of Presence and Healing

Healing is not always about fixing, teaching, or doing.

True healing often begins in stillness, in a quiet place within ourselves where we allow our own frequency to shift, settle, and expand. For years, I have worked as a healer, seer, animal communicator, and held space in environments that were challenging and intense; including in Bosnia after the war. Those experiences taught me something profound: healing is not just something we give or receive, it is a resonance we embody and carry into the world.

I have seen that if we do not have peace within ourselves, we cannot create peace in our world. Every thought, feeling, and action we carry radiates outward, touching others and the environment around us.

When we are unsettled, anxious, or carrying internal conflict, we naturally project that energy into our relationships, communities, and even into nature itself. On the other hand, when we cultivate a calm, centred presence, it can ripple quietly but powerfully.

The simple act of sitting in peace, being aligned, and holding love can influence those around us in ways words often cannot.

One of the simplest ways to begin is through heart coherence breathing. This practice invites us to focus on the rhythm of our own heart and imagine our breath flowing gently in and out, creating a space of balance and stillness. Even a few minutes of this can help lower stress, centre your energy, and align your inner world. When repeated, it becomes a tool to access peace whenever life feels chaotic.

Another key aspect of healing is presence without expectation. I have learned that it is not necessary to solve someone’s problems or make life “better” for them. Simply being present, offering your energy and resonance, allows the other person; or even an animal, to attune naturally.

This is what I do in my Healing Circles: I sit in love, peace, and oneness, holding no intention for anyone. Participants are invited to receive, rest, and attune. Even a brief presence contributes to the collective field of healing, and the energy can be accessed again and again.

Healing is not linear, and it is not always visible. It is subtle, flowing, and deeply personal. Yet, when we commit to cultivating inner peace and embodying love, we create a foundation for transformation; both for ourselves and for the wider world.

You do not need to wait for someone else or a perfect circumstance. Your frequency is already powerful, and even in small moments of attention and calm, you can shift your world profoundly.
